CRM D365 - QA (Dynamics Functional)

As a Testing Consultant at PwC specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will be responsible for testing releases of new or modified custom applications developed using Microsoft/Azure technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Testing releases of new D365 F &O application to assure the quality of scalable software solutions by collaborating with business partners. - Supporting all quality assurance tasks, including test plan preparation, test cases for customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. - Performing functional, data migration, integration, and regression testing. - Creating test plans and detailed test cases using Azure DevOps or a similar tool, preferably Azure DevOps. - Documenting any defects found during daily testing activities and tracking them to resolution. - Writing test cases based on requirements and independently executing them. - Supporting DevOps development teams in test planning and execution, as well as code reviews. - Participating in release activities, post-release support activities, user story mapping, sprint planning, estimation, and feature walk-throughs. - Participating in user acceptance testing, maintenance of documentation, and reviewing the test plan implications of Change Requests. - Contributing to or preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations for PMO, Clients, etc. - Staying up to date with industry best practices regarding testing and test automation. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience as a Testing Consultant with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM, preferably in a global/multi-country scenario. - At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 AC. - Good knowledge of Dynamics F&O modules and its out-of-the-box capabilities. - Testing experience with F&O Engagement, including SCM, Finance, and commerce. - Testing knowledge of supply chain management and finance. - Experience in Test Scenario creation, Test case creation, Test data creation, Test Case execution, Defect reporting, Smoke testing, Regression, data migration, and Ad-hoc testing in an Agile model at SIT environment. - Demonstrated experience in using Selenium or EasyRepro for testing. - Demonstrated experience in developing software test plans and test cases. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
