Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a focus on efficiency and automation. Serve as a trusted solution advisor to customers and internal teams. Conduct fitment analysis of customer requirements and recommend business solution roadmaps. Develop reusable solutions, accelerators, and assets for process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to design and prototype solutions. Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices . Oversee program and project delivery , ensuring alignment with business goals. Educate teams and customers on new platform features and functionalities. Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and identify training needs. Technical Skills Mandatory 12+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules, and Custom Assemblies. Strong knowledge of functional modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Customer Insights, Knowledge Base Management, Co-pilot / Azure OpenAI Studio. Experience with D365 customization, extension, and integration using APIs (REST, ODATA). Proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript, Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX . Experience with Canvas & Model-Driven Apps and Common Data Service (CDS). Integration experience with external systems, both with and without middleware. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services , Power Pages, Power Apps Portal, and Power BI. Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD. Experience in data migration and source control tools (Git, VSS, TFS). Functional & Soft Skills Proven ability to deliver large-scale D365 CRM projects. Strong project estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in proposal creation and RFP/RFI responses . Excellent problem diagnosis, solution development, and client communication. Experience leading high-performing technical teams. Previous work experience with US, Australian, or UK clients preferred. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools. Qualifications & Certifications Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Business Administration (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA). Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 module certifications (Sales, Service, Field Service, Project Ops). Microsoft Power Platform Basics (MB-200).
