Company Name : Marcos quay Sports Excelling Pvt Ltd Position: Male Cricket Coach Location: Bengaluru Karnataka. · Responsible for coaching, character development and providing direction to student athletes to achieve a high level of skill, sportsmanship and teamwork in sports. · Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct the PR and sports program · Organize and schedule P.E sessions · Teaching a variety of sports and games to a diverse class of students while maintaining a safe environment. · Planning and executing the sports programme · Maintain supervision of each student. · Coaching School Kids, Multi-sport coaching must be passionate about working with kids. · Maintaining a healthy relationship with the school stakeholders and effectively communicating the progress of students with the parents & school management. · Maintained records pertaining to specific skills, fitness and health related information. · Instruct and demonstrate skill sets and techniques necessary for individual and team development. · Ensure that team rules and regulations regarding conduct and eligibility of the athletes are clearly communicated and followed. · Create a safe environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students. · Model good sportsmanship behaviour and maintain appropriate conduct. Handling students from Nursery to Grade 10 Qualifications: Graduate in Bachelor in Physical Education/Master in Physical Education Key Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, written and spoken Freshers and experienced candidates (Male/ Females) both may apply Positive communication strategies, organizational skills, and safety awareness are key requirement.
