Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers by scheduling dates, times, and locations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Ensure timely follow-ups with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates). Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in human resource management or related field. Strong understanding of database management systems for tracking candidate data. Excellent communication skills for effective interview scheduling and negotiation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
