Accounting Intern (Payments & Valuation) Location: Hyderabad (On-site) • Type: 3–6 months, stipend Reports to: Finance & Strategy About SKDIV® We’re a software & AI company building CREW™ , IRYS© , and SKDIV Intelligence . Role Snapshot Handle day-to-day payments and produce market-based valuation papers for SKDIV® and its products. Responsibilities Payments / AP-AR: Process vendor, stipend and reimbursement runs; maintain invoices and proofs; weekly bank/gateway reconciliations; assist month-end journals and accruals. Valuation: Compile trading comps/precedents, size TAM/SAM/SOM, model unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback), run sensitivities, and draft concise investor-style memos. KPIs: Maintain lightweight snapshots for ARR/MRR, churn/retention and contribution margin. Requirements Studying B.Com/BBA/BA (Econ)/MBA/CA-Inter (Finance/Accounting). Strong Excel/Google Sheets (look-ups, pivots, scenarios). Familiar with Comps/Precedents/DCF and start-up metrics. Nice to have: Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks; Razorpay/Stripe/UPI; basic SQL/BI. What good looks like (60–90 days) Error-free, on-time payment runs with clean weekly reconciliations. One defensible valuation paper per product with clear sources and sensitivities. A simple KPI dashboard shared with leadership. Compliance: NDA, data protection, and adherence to Indian frameworks (GST/TDS; Companies Act) under supervision.
