This role is ideal for someone who has delivered measurable results in digital marketing and is ready to step into a leadership position with greater responsibility and higher compensation . You’ll lead marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and growth across multiple digital channels. From SEO and SEM to social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising, you’ll have the freedom and authority to shape marketing strategies that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid media . Lead content marketing initiatives , including strategy, planning, creation, and optimization. Use analytics and marketing automation tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Manage customer growth strategies for U.S. brands and audiences . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent brand messaging and customer engagement. Required Experience: 2–10 years of experience in digital marketing. Proven track record of building and executing high-performing digital campaigns. Expertise in content marketing , including writing, basic HTML publishing, and SEO optimization. Strong proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEO tools , and other marketing analytics platforms. Job Type & Hours: Part-time initially: 4–8 hours per week. Goal: Ramp up to full-time based on performance and company needs. Compensation: To be determined , with potential for up to 50% higher pay than your current compensation based on experience and results. Task Brief: You are the Digital Marketing Manager for a company that sells dehydrated food products (like dehydrated onion, garlic, and spices) online. Your goal is to increase inquiries and website visits from international B2B buyers (e.g., wholesalers, importers, or distributors). What to Do: Content Strategy (SEO + Social): Suggest 3 blog topics that can attract international buyers via Google Search. Write one sample LinkedIn post promoting the company’s products. Suggest 5 relevant keywords and how you’d use them on the website. Ad Campaign (SEM / Paid Media): Create a sample Google Ads campaign plan (1 campaign, 2 ad groups, and 2 ad copies). Specify target audience, keywords, and budget allocation. Analytics & Optimization: Explain briefly how you’d measure success using Google Analytics (e.g., key metrics or dashboards). Suggest 2–3 actions you’d take if the campaign performs below expectations. Expected Deliverables: A short Google Doc or PDF (1–2 pages) summarizing your ideas. You can use tables or bullet points for clarity — creativity and practical thinking are most important.
