Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Singapore Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. The successful candidate will analyze key performance indicators, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain network. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor logistics, procurement, and inventory activities. Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks. Perform cost analysis and evaluate vendor performance to support sourcing decisions. Work with IT and operations teams to enhance data accuracy and system integration. Participate in supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives. Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analytics or related roles. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of ERP or supply chain management systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred). Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with forecasting models, statistical analysis, or automation tools. Knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement. Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages is a plus.
