Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajnandgaon for an SMS E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) Manager. The role involves overseeing all aspects of electrical engineering and instrumentation within the Steel Melting Shop, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. The manager will plan and execute projects, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, supervising staff, and implementing project controls to achieve operational efficiency and on-time delivery. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering processes Project Management expertise including planning, execution, and resource allocation Capability in Project Control to monitor and manage project timelines, costs, and risks Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in Steel Melting Shop (SMS) operations and processes is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
