Job Overview: Cremee is seeking a highly skilled and creative Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in baking, pastry preparation, and dessert making, along with the ability to innovate and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. Develop and innovate new recipes as per customer demand and seasonal requirements. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of bakery items. Manage inventory of baking ingredients, ensuring freshness and timely restocking. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Supervise and train junior staff or kitchen helpers when required. Maintain ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment in proper working condition. Work closely with management to plan menus and meet customer preferences.
