Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) customers. Lead Management & Conversion: Handle incoming leads, explain products/services, and convert them into successful sales. Loan Origination Support (if in financial services): Manage end-to-end loan processing—from sourcing to disbursal—ensuring compliance with credit parameters. Customer Communication: Promptly connect with clients, address queries, and guide them through the sales or onboarding process. Documentation & Coordination: Work with internal teams (Credit Risk, Operations, Documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales performance.
