It is crucial to ensure adherence to relevant credit policies, legal regulations, and best practices in credit analysis. Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and macroeconomic factors affecting credit risk is essential. Timely completion of tasks while maintaining work quality is expected. Key Requirements: - Education: Graduation/MBA(Finance) / CA / Inter CA - Experience: 3+ years in the credit vertical of any Financial Institution/NBFC, Digital lending background preferred - Approval authority for Unsecured Business loan Skills: - Strong understanding of financial statements and credit reports - Proficiency in financials, risk analysis, and credit scoring systems - Familiarity with credit-related regulations, policies, and industry standards - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks Personal Attributes: - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their business model.,
