Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Accounting Tasks: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in an accurate and timely manner. Manage petty cash and reimbursements. Software & System Management: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) for bookkeeping tasks. Maintain digital and physical records of financial transactions. Generate financial reports and summaries for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
