Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms. Identify and target potential customers based on market research and lead generation strategies. Provide detailed product information to customers, including benefits, features, and terms. Assist customers with the application process and ensure accurate documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized services and solutions. Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to enhance customer experience and sales strategies. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including those related to customer data protection and financial regulations.
