What You’ll Do: Visit local shops, cafés, gyms, boutiques, salons, and other small businesses across Bangalore. Explain how brand collaborations with local creators can grow their business. Collect brand requirements and coordinate with our internal team to find the best-fit creator. Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners. Achieve weekly and monthly targets (with exciting incentives per closure). Who You Are: Energetic, confident, and love talking to people. Fluent in Kannada and comfortable with Hindi/English. Have a two-wheeler (preferred) for field visits. Passionate about startups, creators, and digital media. 0–2 years experience in sales, marketing, or on-ground promotions (freshers welcome!).
