Creatives Specialist

We seek a talented and innovative Creative Specialist to join us in our sales and marketing initiatives for TH-M, our flagship digital marketplace product.

The TH-M product is designed to cater to large enterprises and businesses to build a partner ecosystem and thereby enhance sales. The function of the product is to create an ecosystem to better distribute the products and services of the enterprise.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in graphic design and creative content development. As Creatives Specialist, you will conceptualize and produce high quality creatives that align with the TH-M brand and business objectives. You will collaborate and work with groups from Product Engineering, Business Development, Sales and deliver creative concepts and collaterals for Product promotions and marketing.

1. Engage and collaborate with cross - functional teams and stakeholders (Sales Marketing, product engineering) to understand product sales vision.


2. Create engaging and creative content for various platforms including social media, website and marketing materials, in alignment with vision and specifications.


3. Manage the entire creative process from ideation and storyboarding to production and final delivery.


4. Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and tailor content accordingly.


5. Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.


6. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve creative output.
