The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. **Note: It is not an IT Project Manager role. Looking for people from Advertising industry who have managed/lead Digital projects.** Role Details: · Setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties, and evaluating progress and adjusting as needed to ensure that clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results. · Coordinate project activities, resources, and work with other departments to meet deadlines and project goals within set resources and under firm deadlines. · Drive project deliveries on their own, and take initiatives and further develop proposed solutions. Specific Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day client interaction and expectations for medium-large scale projects Continually seeking and capitalizing upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Engaging with the client during project lifecycle, ensuring all risks, issues, actions, and dependencies are clearly documented, communicated, and understood Proactively managing and handling issues and escalations, understanding their relevant priorities and managing expectations accordingly Effectively estimates costs, timescales, and resource requirements, securing resources and building realistic / optimized plans for the successful delivery of the project(s) to the agreed scope and budget. Constantly being on the lookout for improvements, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer and towards internal processes End-to-end project management throughout the project life cycle from scope planning to development and implementation - Planning and execution of on-going projects • Close cooperation with other departments of the agency: design, trans-creation, strategy, client service Timely implementation of assigned projects Development of complex project plans, project schedules and cost estimates; creating accurate project documentation, including internal briefs and functional specifications Oversee cross dependencies of project's activities and ensuring teams communicate and are aware of project status and drafting new processes for effective projects coordination Effectively managing the detailed project schedule and measuring project progress Ongoing reporting to superior(s) regarding the lack of information, materials and issues encountered Responsibilities Direct and oversee completion of project Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan Assess risks and establish contingency plans Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders Experience: 2-4 years. Freshers with BCA/BSc IT/Btech can also apply Qualifications · A bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field; master’s degree or post-bachelor’s certificate and professional credentials. · Proficiency in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
