Creative Videographer & Editor - Male

Are you someone who loves bringing stories to life through visuals? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable behind the camera and in front of the editing screen — transforming raw footage into captivating digital content for social media and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Video Production (On-site – South Kolkata)

• Capture high-quality footage at studio or outdoor locations (mostly in and around Tollygunge).
• Handle complete shoot setup including camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Frame shots aesthetically and ensure clear audio and well-lit visuals.
• Film various content types such as interviews, reels, podcasts, and promotional videos.

Video Editing (Remote / Hybrid)

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add background music, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Format and optimize content for digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the content and design teams on creative ideas and campaign planning.
• Implement feedback and make revisions for the best final output.
• Contribute innovative suggestions to improve storytelling and audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
• Skills: Strong understanding of professional camera operations, lighting, and sound setup.
• Software: Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Portfolio: Must have previous work samples or a showreel.
• Attributes: Creative mindset, eye for detail, and ability to work independently.
• Availability: Comfortable traveling to Tollygunge 2–3 times a week for shoots.
• Communication: Strong command over written and spoken English.
