We are currently looking for a motivated Creative Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be creative, skilled in video editing, cinematography, and production, adaptable to feedback, collaborative in a team environment, and enthusiastic about their work. As a Creative Video Producer at Urban Talkies, you will be involved in various aspects of creative video projects for in-house brands and clients, leading the production process, collaborating with the creative team, and managing a team of video editors. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of creative video projects, ensuring they meet the brief, budget, and timeline. - Serve as a lead cinematographer & editor for production projects, determining visual elements to create the desired atmosphere. - Coordinate with production staff to ensure a seamless production process. - Collaborate with account managers and business development executives to execute client briefs. - Manage a team of video editors, review their work, and provide training to enhance production processes. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to maintain Urban Talkies" position as a leader in digital media production. Requirements: - 1-4 years of experience in video editing, cinematography, and production in an advertising agency or production house. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Strong creative vision, storytelling skills, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Passion for video production and creating visually engaging content. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage feedback from stakeholders. - This is an in-office role with a requirement to work from the office 5 days a week.
