If you are passionate about staying updated on social media trends and have a knack for storytelling through videos, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Editing & Post-Production - Edit short-form content creatively and efficiently. - Use fast cuts, sound effects, transitions, and kinetic text to enhance engagement. - Create diverse videos like UGC-style, product demos, testimonials, and lifestyle clips. - Optimize visuals for maximum retention and platform best practices. - Social Media Trend Expertise - Stay updated on Instagram trends, including audio trends, visual styles, and transitions. - Implement trending elements into brand-friendly content ideas. - Maintain a library of trending audios, visual references, and editing styles. - Meta Ads Editing - Develop high-performing ad creatives tailored for Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram. - Understand ad structure, first-second hooks, CTA placements, and storytelling for conversions. - Provide variations for A/B testing to optimize performance metrics. - Edit ads for performance, watch time, and click-through rates. - Technical & Workflow Management - Organize raw footage and maintain a clean editing workflow. - Deliver final files in multiple aspect ratios as required. - Meet tight deadlines and handle high-volume content production efficiently. - Ability to edit up to 48 videos per day based on complexity. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 14 years of experience in short-form editing, UGC video editing, or performance marketing edits. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Desktop, or After Effects. - Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok-style editing, and platform trends. - Experience in creating Meta ad creatives is mandatory. - Ability to collaborate with UGC creators and produce authentic, high-converting videos. - Strong storytelling skills and knowledge of audience psychology. - Basic knowledge of color correction, audio cleanup, SFX, and motion graphics.
