About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor based in Chennai to bring stories to life through engaging video content. The ideal candidate should not only have strong technical skills but also a creative eye for storytelling, trends, and design aesthetics. You’ll be responsible for editing videos for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and branded content that inspire and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce visually engaging video content for social media, campaigns, and brand films.
• Collaborate with the creative, production, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
• Stay on top of video and editing trends, especially for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.
• Maintain an organized library of media assets and project files.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/showreel required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual design.
• Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Based in Chennai and available for on-site collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Creative flair with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media content trends and digital storytelling.
• Experience in short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos).
• Knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.
