Your Role: Creative & UI Designer As a Creative & UI Designer at jSTa Hotels & Resorts, you will be the driving force behind our digital storytelling. Based in Gurugram, this full-time, on-site role will allow you to craft visually captivating designs for digital interfaces that enhance user engagement. You will develop intuitive UI/UX solutions that make navigating jSTa's digital world effortless and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into seamless digital experiences. It is essential to stay ahead of design trends, ensuring our brand remains cutting-edge and visually stunning. Who you would be To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field and demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other UI/UX tools. A strong portfolio showcasing dynamic, high-impact design projects is required, along with expertise in UI/UX design, interaction design, and information architecture. You should have a deep understanding of current design trends and best practices, along with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional visual design skills. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment, strong communication, and presentation abilities are essential. Any experience in the hospitality industry would be a big plus.
