Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end plot sales operations at designated site locations . Attend and engage walk-in customers at the site, providing detailed project briefings and layout explanations. Conduct physical site visits with clients, highlighting location advantages, amenities, and investment potential. Convert qualified leads into bookings through effective communication, persuasion, and client relationship management. Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, brokers, and field activities to drive consistent sales conversions. Ensure timely and accurate execution of all documentation related to bookings, client KYC, and payment schedules. Maintain a well-organized and presentable site office with updated marketing materials and layout maps. Liaise with internal teams such as CRM, legal, and accounts for seamless post-booking coordination. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and local land regulations to support competitive selling.
