Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) Location: Noida Experience Level: 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join us. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through manual and/or automated testing. Key Responsibilities: Analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans. Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure software quality. Identify, record, document, and track bugs. Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Provide timely feedback and status reports on testing progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication skills. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). Knowledge of EC2 and code pipeline. Knowledge of performance or security testing. Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Java, Python). Salary best in industry for the right candidate.
