- Proven experience making video + static ads for paid campaigns
- Comfortable using AI creative tools (video, image, voiceover)
- Skilled at researching + replicating winning campaigns
- Solid communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ROI-focused teams
- Bonus if youve worked in affiliate / performance ads
- Be part of a global performance team scaling Debt Relief campaigns
