We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tally Support Executive to provide technical support and assistance for Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will help resolve issues, guide users, and ensure the smooth functioning of Tally operations across departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users regarding Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime. Troubleshoot issues related to Tally installation, configuration, and operation. Assist in Tally software upgrades, data backups, and data migration. Offer guidance on Tally features, accounting processes, and best practices. Respond to queries via phone, email, or remote access tools. Maintain logs of support requests, issues, and resolutions. Train new users and staff on using Tally software effectively. Coordinate with the Tally development/support team for advanced issues. Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards. Assist in generating Tally reports for internal departments as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime . Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach. Basic knowledge of networking and IT systems (preferred). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Tally ERP or Tally Prime. Previous experience in a Tally support or accounting software support role. Familiarity with Excel and other accounting tools.
