Creative Manager | Art Director

Role Overview: As a Creative Manager/Art Director at Grant Thornton, you will play a critical role in defining the future of the creative culture and leadership of the firm as it expands globally. You will lead a diverse creative team in launching multi-channel campaigns that differentiate the company creatively and drive business growth. Your visionary leadership will be key in championing groundbreaking creative ideas and refining processes to empower autonomy and deliver award-winning work. Key Responsibilities: - Provide visionary creative leadership across various creative outputs including design, video, UX, events, and emerging creative formats. - Inspire and mentor the creative team to foster growth and enable them to produce their best work. - Champion creative ideas from concept to flawless execution, driving differentiation and creativity across the global platform. - Support the development of creative processes that lead to innovative and award-winning work. - Act as a tastemaker for the creative team, pushing for fresh perspectives and challenging the status quo. - Build and maintain a collaborative and independent creative environment within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 10 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house design team, with a minimum of 3 years in an art direction or creative lead role. - Demonstrated ability to lead integrated creative campaigns across digital, print, and motion platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, design innovation, and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and geographies. - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and challenge the status quo. - Experience in a global or multi-regional setup is highly desirable.
