Hiring: Social Media Manager Intern (Female) – Full-Time | In-Office | New Delhi Company: Creative Kahani Role: Social Media Manager Intern Location: New Delhi (In-office) Working Hours: 12:00 AM – 6:00 PM Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience) Start Date: Immediate Roles & Responsibilities ✅ Content & Creative Work Assist in building content strategies and creative storytelling ideas. Provide concepts and ideation for reels, posts, and campaigns. Assist during brand shoots – planning, styling, managing BTS, and execution. Create basic graphics (Canva) for static posts, carousels, and stories. Do basic video editing for reels & social media content. Help craft captions, hooks, and engaging copy for posts. Research trends, audios, meme formats , and new content styles. ✅ Social Media Management Plan and maintain content calendars . Post daily content (reels, static posts, stories) across platforms. Manage and engage with the audience: replies, DMs, comments. Assist in community growth and follower engagement strategy. Track basic analytics , insights, reel performance, and content reach. ✅ Coordination & Operations Coordinate with photographers, designers, and vendors when needed. Maintain shoot checklists, props, and content folders. Ensure brand consistency in colour, tone, and messaging. Who Should Apply? Female candidates only. Someone creative, proactive, and willing to learn. Basic knowledge of Instagram trends, Canva, Reels editing is a must. Good communication skills. Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is a bonus.
