Join Growth Onboard as a Creative Intern and help shape the visual identity of a growing startup that thrives on clean, bold storytelling.

What Youll Do

• Design scroll-stopping social media posts including static designs, carousels, story covers, and ad creatives

• Design and maintain UI interactives using Webflow and Framer

• Create campaign visuals and marketing assets tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more

• Use Canva for quick, high-quality content turnarounds

• Maintain a strong, cohesive visual identity across all designs

• Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms

• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life with a balance of engagement and usability

What Were Looking For*

• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, Framer and Webflow**

• Creative flair for layout, color, and typography with an eye on current trends

• Ability to work with feedback and deliver polished, on-brand visuals quickly

• Collaborate closely with our creative and product teams to bring ideas to life

• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand visuals and platforms
