You are a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator + Programmer joining the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality production standards and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include: - Operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. - Programming CNC machines using G-code or relevant CAM software to meet design specifications. - Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. - Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery for optimal operation. - Conducting in-process and final quality checks to verify accuracy and tolerances. - Maintaining accurate production records and documentation. - Identifying and troubleshooting machining issues, adjusting programs or tools as needed. - Following all company safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Proven experience as a CNC milling machine operator and programmer. - Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. - Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code, CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.). - Excellent attention to detail and quality control. - Solid understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
