Creative Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to transform concepts into visually compelling designs aligned with our brand identity.
• Develop digital and print materials such as social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, etc.
• Generate innovative design ideas that effectively convey complex messages.
• Create visually striking visuals that resonate with our target audience and evoke an emotional connection.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across various platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends and apply them to projects to enhance visual appeal.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, and marketers to deliver impactful designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Enhance the visual storytelling of the

  Hare Krishna Movement's message.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Problem-solving skills to create designs that communicate messages effectively.
