Creative Graphic Designer

You will be joining KPAC Marketing, a performance-driven Digital Marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow through strategic design, storytelling, and marketing execution. As a Creative Graphic Designer at KPAC Marketing, your responsibilities will include: - Developing engaging and visually appealing graphics for various platforms such as social media posts, ads, websites, brochures, and brand collateral. - Understanding campaign objectives and translating them into creative designs that resonate with the brand's tone and identity. - Collaborating closely with the content and marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign creatives. - Creating and editing short visual content, with basic motion graphics or reels experience considered a plus. - Ensuring consistency in brand design across all communication materials. - Keeping abreast of trending design styles, color palettes, typography, and layout techniques. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (knowledge of CorelDRAW or Figma is a bonus). - Good understanding of layout composition, typography, and color theory. - Ability to translate briefs into creatives with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Basic knowledge of social media formats and digital design guidelines. To be eligible for this position, you should have: - At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience. - A portfolio showcasing your previous work, which is a mandatory requirement.
