As a Creative Designer / Video Content Producer at our healthcare institution in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-end creative standards and fusing premium healthcare brand aesthetics with impactful video content. Key Responsibilities: - Design digital advertising assets, website graphics, brochures, and other collateral in alignment with our premium brand. - Produce short-form video content for various purposes such as educational videos, patient testimonials, before/after clips, and explainer videos suitable for social media, website, and clinical communications. - Collaborate closely with performance marketing and content teams to develop, test, and optimize creative assets through activities like A/B testing and variant creatives. - Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity specific to private healthcare. - Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Figma, and Premiere Pro for creating and editing visuals and videos. - Stay updated with design and video trends, particularly within healthcare and digital platforms. Requirements: - Possess at least 3 years of experience as a designer/video producer, preferably within a healthcare or premium brand environment. - Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both static design and video content creation. - Comfortably handle end-to-end processes including concept development, production, editing, and delivery. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, as well as CapCut, Figma, or similar software. - Exhibit excellent visual storytelling skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and evolving briefs. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field.
