Creative Designer

As a dedicated graphic designer at our fast-growing startup, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across print and digital media. You should have a strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in advanced design tools. Collaborating with our design team, you will work on creating effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. Your passion for design will drive you to consistently deliver impactful visuals that align with our brand identity and client goals. We are looking for professionals with experience in branding, print, and digital design who can independently handle design projects from start to finish. Your roles and responsibilities will include creating brand identities, packaging designs, posters, banners, and digital marketing materials. You will be expected to ensure consistency in design across different platforms such as print, social media, and websites. Working directly with clients or senior team members, you will develop creative concepts for advertising and branding projects. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus, and staying up to date with the latest design trends and techniques is essential. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements for this role include 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred), a strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Basic knowledge of animation and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is a bonus. You should also have knowledge of the latest visual trends, fonts, design techniques, and aesthetics, as well as branding guidelines.
