Creative Designer Social Media & Marketing

What Youll Do

• Design engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms (static, carousel, and motion formats)
• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and ad specialists to turn concepts into high-impact creatives
• Adapt and optimise designs for both brand-building campaigns and performance-driven ads
• Use and experiment with AI-assisted design tools to speed up workflows without compromising quality
• Stay plugged into social media design trends, platform changes, and new creative formats
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand communications
  

What Were Looking For

• 37 years of graphic design or social media design experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva for quick-turn work)
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand aesthetics
• Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices (e.g., Instagram vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube)
• Curiosity and openness to AI-driven creative tools
• Bonus: experience creating Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ad creatives
