Creative Designer (Graphics + Video)

Are you a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through design and video Do you want to shape the look and feel of a growing education brand while engaging thousands of students digitally If yes, this role is for you. You will be responsible for designing compelling social media creatives, posters, banners, and brochures for campaigns and outreach. Additionally, you will create short videos/reels, edit student testimonials, and develop engaging ad creatives. It will be crucial to maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials. Collaboration with the social media & marketing team to deliver high-performing creatives is essential. Supporting outreach events and education fairs with impactful branding & collaterals will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to experiment with design trends to keep the brand fresh, youthful, and engaging while managing multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools is required. Strong skills in both static design & video editing are crucial. A good sense of typography, colors, and layouts will be beneficial. You should have the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging stories.
