Creative Designer & Digital Marketing Trainer

Worldwithweb is looking for a creative professional who can take on a dual role —
✔Delivering training in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing
✔Creating engaging content for our brand, courses, and social platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Teaching

• Conduct training sessions on:
• Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Reels, Shorts)
• Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Social Media, Basic SEO)
• Create and update learning content, projects, and assignments
• Deliver live or recorded sessions (online/offline)
• Guide students on portfolios, branding, and campaign-based projects

Creative Brand Work

• Design Instagram posts, stories, YouTube thumbnails, banners, ads
• Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, promotions, and online courses
• Contribute to social media calendar, campaigns, and engagement ideas
• Work closely with the team to build a consistent visual identity for Worldwithweb

Required Skills:

• Graphic design tools: Canva (must), Photoshop/Illustrator (bonus)
• Video editing: CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN / Kinemaster
• Social media and ad knowledge: Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads basics
• Good communication for teaching (Hindi-English mix welcome)
• Creativity, responsibility, and willingness to multitask

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, LottieFiles)
• UI/UX basics (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sender)
• YouTube channel/video handling experience
