If you have a passion for blending brand-first thinking with AI-powered design tools, we are looking for someone like you to join our team. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing designs for digital platforms, websites, print materials, and events while ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity in terms of color, fonts, and overall aesthetics. You will utilize tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Canva AI to efficiently produce designs at scale. Building and maintaining a library of design prompts will be a key aspect of your role, as prompts are considered the new brushstrokes in the design process. Collaboration with various teams including video, web, e-commerce, technology, and brand will be essential as you contribute ideas during campaign planning, such as monsoon films and factory stories. To excel in this role, you should be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at using technology. Mixing design with data and balancing aesthetics with structure should be second nature to you. Embracing regular upskilling in AI tools, motion design, and direct-to-consumer best practices is encouraged as part of our commitment to innovation.
