Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Ad Copywriting β Develop catchy and conversion-driven copy for social media and ads. β Research trending topics and competitor strategies to craft engaging, platform-optimized content. β Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment of copy and visuals. Success Metrics: β Minimum 80% acceptance of copies with minimal reworks. β Client and team appreciation for creative input. β Timely completion of social media calendars (Half by the 5th, full by the 10th of the month). 2. Long-Form Content Writing (Blogs & Website Copy) β Write SEO-optimized, engaging blogs and website content. β Maintain clarity, readability, and brand consistency across all written materials. β Proofread and refine content for grammar, structure, and accuracy. Success Metrics: β Timely completion of blogs (ideally within 1 day per blog). β Fewer reworks due to well-structured, error-free content. β Positive feedback from clients. 3. Video Scriptwriting for Corporate Clients β Create engaging, storytelling-driven scripts for corporate clients (manufacturers, product dealers and service providers). The script can be 1 min long or 7 mins long too. β Ensure scripts follow a compelling narrative and align with brand messaging. Success Metrics: β Scripts should be approved in one go or with minimal revisions. β Scripts should have a clear, engaging narrative structure. β High audience engagement on video content. 4. Content Review & Proofreading β Ensure error-free, high-quality content with proper grammar and structure. β Verify factual accuracy, brand consistency, and plagiarism-free content. β Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality. Success Metrics: β Zero plagiarism and AI under 10% in content. β No spelling mistake, grammar mistake β Ensuring all content suggestions are resolved before final approval. 5. Content Strategy & Calendar Planning β Stay updated with social media trends and audience engagement tactics. β Research and propose creative content ideas for various brands. β Develop and maintain content calendars, securing approvals in advance. Success Metrics: β All content calendars approved before the start of the new month. β Ensuring no major trends or brand opportunities are missed. 6. Client Communication & Collaboration β Take client calls, manage approvals, and implement feedback effectively. β Ensure timely responses and clear communication with clients. β Work closely with the internal team to align content with business goals. Success Metrics: β No client complaints about response times. β Ensuring approvals are obtained smoothly without repeated revisions. Skills & Knowledge Required Technical Skills: β Strong writing & editing skills (creative, engaging, and error-free). β Ability to craft SEO-optimized website content and compelling ad copy. β Understanding of social media trends and content strategy. β Basic knowledge of AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Copy.ai). β Proficiency in Google Workspace and content management tools.
