Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more. • Manage 6–7 figure monthly budgets with strong ROAS and CAC control. • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. • Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and analytics dashboards. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are conversion-focused yet on-brand. • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and ad policies.
