As a part of our team, your roles and responsibilities will include ideation and execution, understanding client requirements/brief, designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution. You will be expected to maintain a professional approach to time management and work quality, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines. Your work will involve creating different branding solutions such as brand identity, engaging social digital creatives, and effective designs that inspire and drive response. Proficiency in Designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3D Max, and MS Office is required. You will be responsible for creating online visual design, typography, infographics, visual concepts, logos, icons, video editing, and other interactive platforms while maintaining the quality of design throughout all project phases. Collaboration with the creative team will be essential to ensure that all aspects of design work meet the agency's standards and client expectations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a UG degree in Any Specialization with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. Prior experience in a Digital agency or Social Media setting is preferred. Demonstrable experience of working under pressure and multitasking is essential. Proficiency in software applications, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, 3D MAX, and Autodesk Maya is required. Presentation, layout skills, and an excellent design portfolio are expected. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.,
