Responsibilities Conceptualize and design innovative jewellery products, especially wearables like pendants and bracelets. Create detailed 3D models using CAD software (e.g., Rhino, MatrixGold, ZBrush, or Fusion 360). Work with materials such as gold, silver, brass, and leather for design feasibility and functionality. Collaborate with artisans and manufacturers to ensure accurate production and material use. Develop prototypes using various materials (clay, resin, wood, 3D printing) to validate form and function. Translate sketches and design briefs into production-ready technical drawings. Stay up-to-date with jewellery trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques. Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback. Responsibilities Bachelor's degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Industrial Design, or related field. Proficiency in CAD software: Rhino, MatrixGold, Fusion 360, or equivalent. Experience working with gold, metal alloys, and leather in design and manufacturing. Hands-on prototyping experience (e.g., clay sculpting, woodcraft, 3D printing). Good understanding of casting, CNC, engraving, and hand-finishing processes.
