Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Motor Insurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling motor insurance policies, processing claims, and ensuring excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes for motor insurance policies (new and renewal).
- Handle policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for rates, approvals, and claims.
- Assist clients in understanding motor insurance products and recommend suitable plans.
- Process and track motor insurance claims and follow up until settlement.
- Maintain records and documentation related to motor insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow up with customers for renewals and documentation.
- Handle walk-in and online motor insurance queries.
