As a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in Credit Control at Data Grid Labs, your role involves communicating via phone and email to ensure prompt responses. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams for escalation when necessary. This position does not involve sales or target-based responsibilities. - Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are a must for this role. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow up effectively are essential. - Confidence in handling professional client interactions is required. - Good understanding of basic computer operations and email etiquette is necessary.
