The role will involve supporting our customers in designing and delivering best practice communication using the HCL Unica technology. Main Responsibilities Campaign Flowchart Design: Design, build and test campaign flowcharts aligned with campaign brief requirements. Platform Database: Utilise platform databases, segmentations and preference centre/optout processes effectively. Consultative Support: Provide consultative advise and hands on guidance to assigned clients ensuring campaign objectives are achieved, aligned to best practice methodologies. Solution Design: Able to design and implement solutions to client challenges using technology and operational process automations, championing best practice adoption.
