Job Title: Digital Content & Social Media Executive (Female Only) Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Rohini Sector-32 (Delhi) Reports To: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Content & Social Media Executive to handle three key areas: content rewriting and optimization, competitor aging monitoring, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, strategic thinking ability, and experience managing digital platforms. This is a cross-functional role that supports brand positioning, online presence, and competitive intelligence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Rewriting & Optimization: Rewrite and refresh existing content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials. Ensure content is SEO-friendly, grammatically correct, and aligned with the brand’s tone. Convert technical or generic text into engaging, audience-friendly formats. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SEO teams for content enhancement. 2. Competitor & Aging Monitoring: Track and document competitor activities, brand movements, and product aging across markets. Analyze digital trends, pricing shifts, product lifecycles, and market positioning. Generate timely reports with actionable insights to support decision-making. Maintain a structured intelligence database for internal reference. 3. Social Media Management: Plan and schedule daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community-building. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor social strategies. Create and manage campaigns (organic and paid) and prepare performance analytics reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in content writing/editing, social media, or market research. Strong command over written English and content structuring. Working knowledge of SEO tools, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic image/video editing tools. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in brand or product competitor research. Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager.
