Description
As a Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems. Your responsibilities will include working on circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems to launch cutting-edge products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to develop solutions and meet performance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leverage advanced Hardware knowledge to plan, optimize, verify, and test critical electronic systems - Integrate complex features into hardware designs for complex products - Conduct simulations and analyses of designs for best power, performance, and area - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new requirements and incorporate test solutions - Evaluate and develop manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products - Write detailed technical documentation for hardware projects **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of Hardware Engineering experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years OR PhD with 2+ years - Preferred: Master's degree with 8+ years of Hardware Engineering experience - 2+ years of circuit design experience (digital, analog, RF) - 2+ years of experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation software - 2+ years of experience with hardware design and measurement instruments - 1+ year in a technical leadership role As a Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm, you will work independently with minimal supervision, provide guidance to team members, and make significant decisions that impact beyond your immediate work group.
