CPU RTL Design-Senior Staff/Manager

As a Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a vital role in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing cutting-edge products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage advanced Hardware knowledge to plan, optimize, verify, and test highly critical electronic systems - Participate in or lead the implementation of advanced design rules and processes for electronic hardware - Conduct complex simulations and analyses of designs to ensure the best power, performance, and area - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new requirements and improve yield, test time, and quality - Evaluate and develop novel manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products - Advise and lead engineers in the development of complex hardware designs - Write detailed technical documentation for highly complex Hardware projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of Hardware Engineering experience - Master's degree in a related field with 5+ years of Hardware Engineering experience - PhD in a related field with 4+ years of Hardware Engineering experience - 12+ years of Hardware Engineering experience is preferred - Experience with circuit design, schematic capture, circuit simulation software, and hardware design instruments is preferred - Technical leadership experience is a plus Please note that Qualcomm India Private Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
