CPU Architecture Verification Lead/Architect

You will be part of Intel Core Design Team driving Intel's latest CPU's in the World's leading process technologies. CPU Core Group is looking for a Pre-Silicon Verification Lead/Architect specializing in Functional/Performance/Security Verification. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and guiding a team to ensure the implementation of Strategic Tool/Flow/Methodologies/Quality Initiatives in projects to reduce the overall Cycle Time of Validation Project Cycle for PRQ Quality. - Developing complex Pre-Silicon Verification environments for simulation, creating Verification Components, and coverage plans. - Improving Validation Plans rigorously to ensure Right First Time Success of the Products by working directly with hardware architects and logic designers to influence overall SoC and system design. - Providing resources and driving activities in the engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost. - Cultivating appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors and providing guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. - Planning and scheduling daily tasks, using judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. - Technically guiding test plan development, verification methodology, tracking deliverables to ensure timely execution with high quality, and networking with peers locally and across sites for beating commitments. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering with at least 4 or more years of experience in the related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of experience in Pre-Silicon Verification Environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with RTL design, Verilog, simulation, and debug tools such as Verdi, System Verilog based verification techniques. - Familiarity with CPU architecture/Processor Verification is an advantage. - Experience in Perl/Python and Linux OS. - Experience in the development of an integrated software and/or hardware environment is an advantage. - Experience in working with SVTB UVM or Specman (e) is an advantage. - Team player, passionate, energetic, motivated, and drive global activities. - Excellent self-motivation, communication, strong problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.,
