You are looking for a Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps, specifically as a Salesforce Business Analyst. The ideal candidate should have an MBA with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, out of which 6+ years should be in the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include expertise in Salesforce Product Technologies, translating business needs into solution designs, supporting design creation, developing test plans, and driving testing during QA and UAT. Moreover, you should have experience in designing quick starts, POCs, and accelerators, with a preference for experience in CPQ, Healthcare, or Financial Services industries. Excellent communication, organization skills, and deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, AppExchange Knowledge, and several AppExchange packages are essential for this role. You will be responsible for Salesforce configuration, flows, process builders, data migration, AppExchange products, and working on estimations and pre-sales activities. Agile project delivery experience and certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Sales, Service, CPQ Consultant are preferred for this position.,
