We are a growing skin and hair care brand committed to providing innovative solutions. We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven individuals to drive sales through cold calling and lead creative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Proactively make outbound cold calls to potential doctors, clinics, and retailers to introduce and promote our skin and hair care products. Persuasively present product benefits, features, and offers over phone and email or WhatsApp. Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales leads; record all lead interactions in the CRM system. Respond to customer queries, address concerns, and handle objections professionally. Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings as requested by interested leads. Assist in organizing promotional activities, influencer collaborations, and exhibitions. Maintain accurate records of marketings. Requirements Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or marketing, preferably in the skin care or wellness sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages an advantage). Confidence in presenting products and engaging with a wide range of customers, including B2B prospects. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and CRM software is a plus. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a creative mindset. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and with a team. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Apply Now!
